Roedin Of Pern Sculpture
This is a sculpture of my logo, adapted from the cover of The Dragonlover's Guide to Pern by Todd Cameron Hamilton. This gorgeous statue was a gift to me from two of my best friends from the Anne McCaffrey Fans forum, Jax and Claire/Platinum. They had it made, as shown in the letter below, for my twenty-first birthday.
The sculptor is Monkeysrule, also from the forum above, and is an exceptionally talented young artist in all mediums.
This gorgeous sculpture takes pride of place in my room, and whenever I see it, I am thankful to all those involved directly in it, and for McCaffrey fandom as a whole, for attracting such wonderful people through excellent literature.
